Wabeek Golf
Wabeek’s naturally beautiful surroundings reflect the intimate nature of this sanctuary, its atmosphere reminiscent of Northern Michigan, you may see on the property wildlife such as, deer, fox, and white heron and much, much more. This championship golf course presents challenges as uncompromising as they are daunting.
Five sets of tee boxes on each hole allow golfers of all skill levels to fully enjoy the finest golf experience. From the forward tees the course can play as short as 5200 yards, while the championship tees increase the distance just under 6700 yards with a course rating of 72.9 and a slope rating of 144. The grandeur of this course will provide members with a brilliant test of golf.

Jonathan Heidt
Director of Golf
Jonathan Heidt was born and raised in Milford Michigan. At Milford High School Jonathan was a multi sport athlete and excelled in Soccer, Golf and Tennis, receiving honors in multiple sports. In 2012 Jonathan began his Golf Career and started running a Public facility in Howell Michigan. He started his PGA Apprenticeship and began learning under multiple PGA Pros. After joining the W Club in 2019, Rick Howles helped Mentor Jonathan and share his experience with him. Jonathan has sharpened his skills by working and learning almost every job in the golf industry from Outside Service Manager, General Manager, Teaching Professional and now Director of Golf.
Upon arriving at Wabeek, Jonathan has set out to run a professional, full-service operation where both members and guests can fully enjoy themselves. He also has a passion to help players improve their golf games. Currently, he is increasing his knowledge by completing the Trackman University and Taylormade Fitting Programs.
